Ben Harper's music is on an acoustic soul type of vibe...I've always liked his music (check The Will To Live album - SERIOUS business) and think these new joints are pretty fly. He gets the fly reviews over here (Rolling Stone Magazine, etc.) but gets that, "can't fit you in a box" double-edged sword treatment that pretty much means he doesn't get that much play on U.S. Black Radio.
His album with the Innocent Criminals, Lifeline, is currently out now in the stores.
