What's up residents of BlackRadioIsBack.com and FuseBox Radio Broadcast Land! :)

Playing catch up on doing some posts here on the 'site (life has been pretty cool but INSANELY hectic) and wanted to start off the week with a little bit of comedy from our peoples over at It's The Real.

This video both made laugh out loud for the first time in a minute via YouTube & wonderfully highlights the utter "meh" status of Hip-Hop/Rap Beef these 21st Century days.

Give the video a look see and hope you enjoy!

Shouts to my boy, the comedian Crazy Al Cayne, for giving me this crazy parody on Christmas/Holiday Songs to laugh at for a bit here at BlackRadioIsBack.com and the FuseBox Radio Broadcast, especially with me being one of those who is ready to beat a boombox with a bat after hearing 9,999,999 versions of the same joints before Dec. 25th of each year...

Hope y'all enjoy! :)

* DEAD at the R. Kelly & Micheal Jackson sounding interludes *

Check out Crazy Al Cayne's website for a lot more dope comedy bits, his TV show and other things here.

"Robot Voice, Robot Voice, All The Kids Like The Robot Voice"

Shouts to my folks over at TJsDJs, TJ Chapman for dropping this on the BlackRadioIsBack.com and FuseBox Radio Broadcast fam earlier today...

Atlanta Hip-Hop Artist/Producer/Overall Talented Guy B.o.B. makes fun with this video of the entire "Robot Voice" trend and usage of the Auto Tune software that makes everyone and their mom think they can sing and make a hit.

* side eyes 99% of Pop Music lately *

Give the video a look and hopefully, y'all will get a good laugh out of it like we did over here. :)

* dies at the chorus of this joint *

"Well I was in the studio/
But i couldn't hit the notes/
I could've got a vocal coach/
But i ain't want no vocal coach/
Then someone showed me this plug-in/
So you can't hear the notes i miss/
So i don't need no vocalist/
And now i got an instant hit"

Good Monday to Everyone in BlackRadioIsBack.com and FuseBox Radio Broadcast Land! :)

Let's start off the week with a little bit of comedy from our peoples over at It's The Real, that brings out a discussion & defense of producer, Hip-Hop MC and overall "interesting" character Mr. Kanye West's transformation in Evolution 101 class.

Give the video a look and enjoy!

Hey there BlackRadioIsBack.com and FuseBox Radio Broadcast family,

While 'net surfing today, I just ran into this music video that debuted on a cable Public Access channel in Queens, NY.

I don't know what kills me more about this video:

* The fact that this dude looks like a reject for Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo with his outfit, especially with the arm and leg tassel/band things

* That any grown a** man BUT a stripper would call themselves Ecstasy with a straight face

* That this foolishness jack's the beat from the classic R&B song by the "All Night Long" by the Mary Jane Girls

* The Bootleg 1988 - 1992 era LL Cool J lyrics ("sex the spot" - really?!?) and flow

I will let y'all judge yourselves:

Ecstasy - I Need a Plus Size Woman (Around the Clock)

If you want this for your iPod or ringtone, cop the mp3 download with the intro here.

First seen on Videogum
Shouts out to the AfroPunk Family for dropping this in both the BlackRadioIsBack.com and FuseBox Radio Broadcast e-mail boxes.

This is one of those video's that is funny because (let's face it, at least in the United States) it is true.

Fear of a Black Planet Deluxe has always been effect (even though if you are a believer of the Bible as a historical document OR Darwinism, um...it's true) but in this ultra Policially Correct Age where being anywhere from the African Diaspora and actually saying that you're "Black" and identify with such struggles and issues from society is bad, sometimes you need to laugh from crying, you feel me?

Anyway, give it a look and let me know what you think....

What's up family,

Just wanted to hit y'all BlackRadioIsBack.com and FuseBox Radio Broadcast supporters at the beginning of the week with a little bit of comedy and laughs from the folks over at ItsTheReal.com with a video talking about the apparent epidemic of Hip-Hop folks getting chains snatched like it's the 1980s all over again.

Sit back, give it a look and enjoy!

Its The Real Presents: Making It Chain

* dies slowly at the lady's look sitting on the right of U.S. President George W. Bush on some WTF vibe while he's at the 2008 Olympics at him holding the American flag the wrong way looking PROUD (granted and to be fair, he was corrected about that) *

And besides other foolishness (just peep these Bushisms for a bit), one wonders why other countries don't take the United States seriously like that on certain things anymore.

SMH

After the utter wackness that was this weekend (see the news here and here), I thought folks could use a little laugh today to start off the week from our e-Homies from The Real with this "Two Dummies' Guide To Learn How To Freestyle" joint to watch.

Enjoy!

Here's another funny video from my sketch comedy folks over at Its The Real making fun of the RIAA, bootlegging and such...enjoy!

Its The Real Presents: "Can't Nobody Hold Me Download" Video

This music video right here is just a HOT A** MESS that makes any of the Crank Dat [fill in the blank] videos and the old BET Uncut music roster look like tapings of a sophisticated night at the ballet directed by Martin Scorese.

If this gets on BET, MTV, major radio stations, etc. in serious rotation, we are truly at the End of Days with Black Music for just some of the following reasons (which you will get once folk peep this):

1. The main people popping it doing the dance are a big Shim (and the hook, Lawd), your drunk aunties, random folks at the family reunion/street corner and what looks like an 8 year old. SMH

2. WTF is a Poak Chop?! The Higher Power Be A Spell Check...

3. MS Paint '98 font

4. These classic lines in the song: “Shake yo poak chops, work ya ham hocks, tho them butta beans" and “I don’t like chicks that is sadiddy, I like my poak chops exkra crispy?”

5. Filming this video on the leftover remains of what looks like "The Color Purple"/"Porgy and Bess" movie set

6. Reading the credits...

I'm a little upset that I have to give folks props that the beat is kind of decent and may get stuck in my head for a minute.

Thank my peoples over at Oh Hell Nawl for finding this, having my eyes rest upon it and spreading the comedy/love/hate around today with this joint and let me know what you think...

Ms. Erykah Badu looks like she was smoking that excellente piff in this video, but this joint is mad funny with her breakdown of things...check it out (if you can't check the video on the blog, click here) .

And that new album, New Amerykah, Pt. 1: 4th World War, by homegirls is cool as all get out by the way for my Soul Music heads, our humble opinon at BlackRadioIsBack.com & the FuseBox Radio Broadcast...

The folks over at ItsTheReal apparently knew I needed a big laugh this Monday while slaving away at the 9 to 5 (and blogging in between)...

And without any further wait, I bring you Soulja Boyz II Men (click here if you can't see the video):

and here is the mp3 of this joint for your ringtone, iPod Food or CD burning pleasure.

Some laughs and comedy from the good folks over at The Real this Monday about the numerous Failed Ideas in Hip-Hop Culture, Music, etc.

Enjoy and give them a visit!

What's good everyone, we have a promo clip from the upcoming concert DVD from comedian Eddie Griffin (from the movies Undercover Brother, John Q, The Five Heartbeats & Dysfunktional Family amongst other films, TV and things), Freedom of Speech, that's dropping on April 8, 2008 on Codeblack Entertainment.

The bro is usually funny as all get out 90% of the time, so I'll be on the lokout for this joint.

This video was forwarded over to BlackRadioIsBack.com from the Angry Alien Productions folks - they do a lot of animated movie parodies and such in 30 seconds with animated bunnies (why bunnies, I have not a clue).

It's mad funny to me and gave me a laugh for the day (cute animals wilin' out always amuses me).

What do you all think?

Enjoy folks - this is "The Boondocks" episode that has currently been banned/delayed from Cartoon Network's Adult Swim Lineup that makes fun of BET and Lord knows what else:

* dies and cries at same time at "I saw three n***ers reading yesterday and one of them was SMILING." knowing that there are people of all backgrounds who would get mad at that mess *
Comedian Tracey Morgan's Commentary on Saturday Night Live says what MAD Folks Of Color May Want To Black Out And Let Out (especially my Civil Right's generation heads) in response to Tina Fey's sweating Democratic Party Presidential nominee Senator Hillary Clinton A Few Weeks Back:

* dies slowly * at "B**ch may be the New Black, but Black is the New President.... B**ch!"

* waits for the inevitable line of T-Shirts with this quote on CafePress or something to come out and/or House Music/Club Music RMX *

With the way folks threw down on Democratic Party Presidential nominee Barack Obama's Pastor this weekend (a MESS folks couldn't find anything else to do while Elliot's Spitzer's Ho and Her Peoples were getting free promo everywhere), I don't know if the bro needs that type of endorsement, but you know the Obama fam was smiling a little bit if they caught this.

That skit did counterbalance somewhat the Hot A** Mess of Mariah Carey and T-Pain's performances on the show this week (Janet Jackson NEVER needs to get sick again if this is the example of make-up acts)...

Got this crazy video from my peoples over at ItsTheReal.com spoofing the movie auditions and tryouts for the upcoming movie on Hip-Hop MC and legend Notorious B.I.G. (* dies 1,000 at all of the bloggers from at XXL, NahRight, PardonMeDuke, Complex, The Real, and LiquidNet) up on here...enjoy the comedy for the day!
