The BlackRadioIsBack.com and FuseBox Radio Broadcast family recieved this dope new music video from Washington DC's (via Togo & LA) own tabi Bonney, who along with independent Hip-Hop MCs like Wale and many others are starting to make noise on the national and international scenes for the DMV (DC/Maryland/Virigina) area.
This video for "Beat Rock" is giving love to my home DMV area and features guest appearances from other folks from around that way like Angel Lola Luv, Anwan Glover (Slim Charles from HBO's The Wire), Raheem DeVaughn and more.
tabi Bonney had a cool album out around 2006 called A Fly Guy's Theme
that "Beat Rock" was featured on with some other cool tracks (my personal favorite was "Lunchin") and now has an album dropping called Dope meet Fresh…Fresh meet Superstar for folks to look forward to sometime in 2009.In the meantime, check out the video and mp3 download of "Beat Rock" out below along with some of tabi Bonney's other videos - give your opinion if you can and hope you enjoy!
