This is the FuseBox Radio Broadcast with DJ Fusion & Jon Judah for the week of April 16, 2008 with some new and classic Hip-Hop & Soul music, news and commentary.

This week's commentary was on some new updates on the U.S. Presidential Election Primaries (Barack Obama's "bitter" comments, the backlash, etc.) and the HUD Experiements in East St. Louis and Baltimore, MD on poor Black communites with infected fertilizer that around 2000 - 2005 no one was told about.

There is also a new Black Agenda Report segment this week on the FuseBox Radio Broadcast - we were not able to get a new Direct EFX by the time of recording.

Feel free to check out some recent episodes of the syndiated FuseBox Radio Broadcast here on BlackRadioIsBack.com - all of the shows are clean/radio friendly.

The folks over at ItsTheReal apparently knew I needed a big laugh this Monday while slaving away at the 9 to 5 (and blogging in between)...

And without any further wait, I bring you Soulja Boyz II Men (click here if you can't see the video):

and here is the mp3 of this joint for your ringtone, iPod Food or CD burning pleasure.

What's good everyone,

Check out our first ever official magazine ad (and a full page joint right on the inside front cover at that) for the syndicated FuseBox Radio Broadcast and BlackRadioIsBack.com in the April 2008 issue one of the South's finest Hip-Hop Magazines, Hood Magazine.

Our peoples in Florida really did a great look with this joint and it's most appreciated. :)

Support these, folks, check out the website and buy it at your nearest store, bootleg man, etc.

Here are some pictures of folks over the the recent Hood Magazine HoodStar Awards in Tampa, FL from this past March 2008 (holding up the mag that we're in and whatnot) - you might see some of your favorite Southern Hip-Hop MCs there (or at least something interesting):

Strong Arm Steady has been one of my favorite West Coast Hip-Hop crews for a minute. This group of Los Angeles area Hip-Hop MCs (consisting of Phil the Agony, Mitchy Slick and Krondon) have been on the independent grind for a minute putting out quality work on their singles, mixtapes and guest appearences.

Now being signed with Talib Kweli's Blacksmith Records (getting distribution via Warner Brothers), they may finally get some props and shine on the mainstream stage that's been deserved for a while with their debut album, Deep Hearted (featuring Chamillionaire, Juvenile, Black Thought of The Roots, Xzibit, Talib Kweli, Dilated Peoples, Ras Kass and more) coming out later this year.

Here's a podcast of the DJ Warrior and DJ Envy mixtape displaying some old and new joints from the Strong Arm Steady crew to check out (it's the dirty version - NSFW) - hope you all enjoy it! :)
