New Music: Free Album Download By Hip-Hop Group, Completeion - Freedom's Journal Album
For my folks who like quality Hip-Hop music, here's a free download (it was given to us, we're not doing the bootleg thing) of the New Jersey Hip-hop group Completion's album, Freedom's Journal, that includes the cover art and liner notes.
The MCs of the group, Trance The MC & Mr. Emphatic, came up with the album title from the influence of the first Black American newspaper, "Freedom's Journal", which was established in New York by Samuel E. Cornish & John B. Russwurm around the period of 1827-1829.
We've played their music on and off on the FuseBox Radio Broadcast through the years and hope you enjoy the tracks.
