Good Wednesday Morning BlackRadioIsBack.com and FuseBox Radio Broadcast Crew...
We are now 7 years past the very unfortunate, maddening and sad murder of legendary Hip-Hop DJ & producer Jason Mizell, aka Jam Master Jay, of Run DMC in his Queens, NY studio.
Jam Master Jay's murder has so far been another one of those unsolved Hip-Hop generation police cases here in the States where where no one's talked about what happened (whether witnesses on the scene or others), security tapes of the incident mysteriously disappear that could have clues, etc. for various reasons.
The upcoming DVD documentary 2 Turntables and a Microphone: The Life and Death of Jam Master Jay (dropping December 1, 2009 through Image Entertainment/One Village Entertainment) documents not just the investigation of the unsolved murder of Jam Master Jay, but has exclusive & candid interviews with people who's lives he affected through the years musically and otherwise such as 50 Cent, Ja Rule, Russell Simmons, RUN-DMC and many more.
The preview trailer definitely makes the documentary look interesting and something to check out in my opinion - give it a look and let us know what you think!
